WHO WE WORK WITH
WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY
I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude in your efforts regarding the appeals case for our Brighton development. We were extremely pleased to have you represent us and provide expert evidence in the way you did, and having you on board made all the difference in getting this case over the line, especially given the nature of the case and with no option for failure.

CS TOWN PLANNING – PLANNING PERMIT SERVICES
Planning Permits
We act for developers and business owners as their representatives with local councils to obtain their required council issued development approval. We act as the first point of contact for any questions council have about the application and we also guide architects and other consultants about amendments that might be required to the plans or proposal prior to lodgement to obtain council support for their application.
Statutory Town Planning
We engage with government agencies to advocate for the approval of our client’s development applications. These agencies include referral authorities such as VicRoads or the department of transport who provide essential consent for developments to be supported by local councils and VCAT. We also guide architects and other consultants of the information that is required to be provided to these government agencies to receive support.
VCAT
Where our clients application is not supported by Council or another decision making authority we can appeal this at the Victorian Administrative Tribunal to overturn the decision. We lodge these appeals on behalf of our clients and can represent them on the day of the hearing as an advocate or in the role of an expert town planning witness.
